The ecommerce brand was attracting traffic but struggling to convert visitors into consistent sales. Their store lacked optimization, and their marketing funnels were weak, resulting in wasted ad spend and low ROI. They needed a scalable strategy that could boost conversions while controlling costs.



Solution :
I redesigned key product pages to highlight value and improve usability, enhanced site speed for smoother browsing, and integrated an abandoned cart recovery system. On the marketing side, I launched data-driven Meta ad campaigns and set up automated email flows to nurture leads and recover lost sales.



Challenge :
The biggest challenge was aligning the store’s design with its marketing efforts. Driving traffic was not enough—conversions had to come from a seamless user journey that built trust and encouraged repeat purchases. Balancing ad spend efficiency with long-term growth required a careful, strategic approach.
Summary :
