Their store lacked optimization, and their marketing funnels were weak, resulting in wasted ad spend and low ROI. I redesigned key product pages to highlight value and improve usability, enhanced site speed for smoother browsing, and integrated an abandoned cart recovery system. On the marketing side, I launched data-driven Meta ad campaigns and set up automated email flows to nurture leads and recover lost sales.

Challenge :

The biggest challenge was aligning the store’s design with its marketing efforts. Driving traffic was not enough—conversions had to come from a seamless user journey that built trust and encouraged repeat purchases.
